About This Project
Oviedo on the Park is a 7 acre project that serves as a hub of community activity for residents. Dix.Hite + Partners led the master planning efforts for this mixed-use design that connects people to the natural environment by offering a walkable framework through natural and aesthetic landscaping. Stormwater and nature-based solutions for this site include littoral restoration, lake expansion, and streetscaping with native plants.
